Money-Back Warranty

Your purchase is protected with our Money-Back Warranty. If the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality, craftsmanship, or fit, you may request a refund within the specified timeframe.

Unstitched Collections

  • Unstitched items can be returned or exchanged only if the fabric is unused, uncut, and in original condition.
  • Quality-related complaints for unstitched articles must be reported within 7 working days of receiving the product.

Stitched & Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Stitched items are eligible for return or exchange if a sizing, workmanship, or quality issue is found.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and accompanied by original packaging and tags.

Order Cancellation (Credit/Debit Card & Bank Transfer)

Orders placed via credit/debit card or bank transfer may be cancelled or changed within 48 hours of placing the order.

Quality Concerns – 48 Hour Review Window

If you discover a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Once your complaint is submitted:

  • Our Quality Assurance team will review the product.
  • If the issue is validated, you may choose from an exchange, store credit, or a full refund under our warranty.

Customized & Sale Items

  • Customized orders are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
  • Sale or discounted items may only be returned if a genuine quality issue is identified.
